Great idea IF you like overpriced food with the boring chain mentality :(

Owning a townhouse 2 doors down from the outpost has been less than enjoyable. The music at night isRead More so loud it's hard to watch tv even with the house buttoned up. I think Frenchys will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood . Hopefully he will be more aware of the noise outpost created and address those issues when he takes over. Good luck!

Three stories should not be threating to anyone. With land so limited it is impossible to expectRead More anyone to build one story for commercial use any longer. Change is often a good thing and some find it harder to accept. This plan sure beats the empty lot setting there. I say" go for it " and we all will enjoy it .

GA Girl, re: the not-yet-written waiver option —> City staff is requesting a change in codeRead More that would allow them to use discretion regarding the 10-foot setback provided the developer adds other design elements such as balconies and awnings to break up the building.

Looks real nice, keep improving! Folks in area hoping for something positive from the vacant landRead More too. Could be a very nice part of town.

I use the trail frequently, and have passed through both of these areas hundreds of times. FlashingRead More lights would be better. However, why not red?? Drivers see yellow or orange and it means "caution" to many of them....so... if they "slow down" a bit they think they are doing their duty. I've seen it happen, time and time again.

I live on the causeway and have witnessed many near accidents that could be a death.. Cars must stopRead More and yes all walkers need to use the system. Maybe a walker should be issued the same citation that a car who runs the light is likely to received . Also the sheriff patrol needs to be pro active on this issue.

With our nations' urgent need to overhaul the health care system and each persons' need to deal withRead More increasing health care costs/decreasing quality of care, volunteering for SHINE could be part of the answer. The more you know, the better equipped you are to make postive changes for yourself and others. If, like me, you feel frustrated with the FL Legislature which seems to be working against us rather than for us; volunteering with organizations that educate the public in essential areas of concern can be an effective way to create grassroots changes. SHINE offers exceptional training and effectively updates it's volunteers regarding changes in the healthcare system. Sign up for thier training and you're sure to want to pass on what you learn to others.
