Coastal Properties Group, with Christie’s International Real Estate, announces the grand opening of their newest office location at 437 Main St, Dunedin, on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at 5 p.m. during the Dunedin Wines the Blues festival.

Led by top brokers, Alex and Laren Jansen, Coastal Properties Group’s Dunedin office marks its forth location. “By opening this office, we are bringing back the ‘hometown’ boutique real estate agency with additional offices in the heart of Clearwater Beach, Palm Harbor and Belleair Bluffs,” says the Jansens.

The Jansen’s built their team over the last four years under a different brand but had the opportunity to acquire the Christie’s International Real Estate brand, under Coastal Properties Group. The other aspect that makes them unique is their extensive online presence (over 200 websites owned by their brokerage and marketing on over 900 real estate web sites). “The local offices that we have opened are bridging the gap between the Internet and personal touch,” says Alex.

At this point, the brokerage has over 30 experienced agents and is growing rapidly. Even though they hold the affiliation with Christie’s (high end), the firm has specialists for each
locale of Pinellas County in all price ranges to assist buyers and sellers.

The Jansens have lived in Dunedin for 10 of the last 14 years that they have been in Florida. “We are impressed with the community that Dunedin offers and are ecstatic to be opening this office,” says Laren.
