Charming Bungalow w/ Home Office to Rent - Short Term, Temporary, In Between, Vacation

I am looking for one or two responsible and mature people to rent my furnished, downtown Dunedin home and office/loft, anytime May 1, 2013 until Dec. 31, 2013.  Well-behaved pets are welcome and the low maintenance, shady yard is fully fenced.

The house is in downtown Dunedin, around the corner from Mease Dunedin hospital. It is a fully furnished 1920s bungalow with an office loft, two bedrooms, two full, private bathrooms, off-street parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WIFI/cable, hardwood floors, pet door, mini-garage, plus a front porch complete with swing and patio. Neighboring families are terrific and are pet friendly.

Weekly rental is $500 / week, plus $100 cleaning fee at the end of your stay — it's a dream spot for out of town visitors or as a work retreat.  It's better and cheaper than a hotel stay or temporary office share, more civilized than a sleep sofa.

Monthly rental is $1,500 per month, plus electric, plus $100 cleaning fee at the end of your stay - it's a great temporary or in between spot until end of December and you'll love having Main Street Dunedin shopping and restaurants right around the corner!

If you are looking to share a home or home office, divide by two.

This is a great neighborhood spot for an in-between place or quiet home office.
