Chef John is offering a FREE cooking demonstration class at Kalamazoo Olive Co. in the Winn-Dixie shopping center at County Road 1 and State Road 580 on Sept. 13 from 6 to 8 p.m.

We’ll use some of their wonderful Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars as we prepare: Watercress, Arugula & Peach Salad; Almond Crusted Shrimp with Raspberry Sauce; Quick Ratatouille with a Balsamic Glaze; and Cornmeal Cookies.
