A 9 a.m. Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, Dec. 3 to honor the late Sister Dolores Keller, CSJ.
Sister Dolores passed away on Oct. 3, 2012, at the Mother House in Michigan. Sister was actively involved in numerous civic organizations, a pastoral associate to the elderly, and Director of Religious Education at Our Lady of Lourdes from 1985 until her return in early 2007 to Michigan for health reasons.
The Council of Catholic Women of Our Lady of Lourdes will host a reception in the DuBois Center immediately following the 9 a.m. Mass.

Miss Keller was a fabulous Social Studies teacher at Dunedin Elementary in the mid/late 1970's before she moved to Our Lady of Lourdes. She won a Teacher of the Year award for her work at Dunedin Elementary. Before becoming a teacher she worked for social justice. She is missed.

I had Sister Delores in the fifth grade at Dunedin Elementry as well has several different years of CCD in the OLL Church Hall. We had our special connection. She will be missed. I am sure she and my mother are catching up!
