DUNEDIN, FL – Always wanted to be the next star? Want to compete against the most talented teen singers in the Tampa Bay area? Dunedin’s “Teen Idol” is seeking out ten of the most talented teen singers (age 13-18) to compete for prizes from local businesses.
Auditions will be held on Thursday, April 28, from 6-9pm, at the Dunedin Community Center. Audition times are first-come, first-served. An iPod/MP3/CD player will be available, as well as a piano. If using piano, an accompanist must be supplied.
There is no cost to participate. Contestants will audition in front of a panel of judges and the ten most talented acts will progress to the show, which will be held on Friday, May 20 at 7pm at the Dunedin Community Center. This year’s show is being hosted by Russell Rhodes of FOX13.
