Summer is here, and everybody's looking for something new to do. What better time to revisit the best local hot spots in Dunedin?
Until July 8, we collected nominations for Readers' Choice 2012 in 25 categories, from who has the best happy hour in town to which zoo is the best in the Tampa Bay area. Voting begins July 23 and runs until 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 17.

Pepper, Suki and I love having Saturday morning breakfast at the Broadway Deli and Cafe. Everything is fresh and soooo yummy. The patio is dog friendly with the nicest staff, diners and doggies.

Broadway Deli's patio feels 10 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, somehow. It's just so comfortable out there. Keith (chef/co-owner) comes out to greet his guests every hour or so..sometimes more often. AND, it's dog friendly! SO, how can you beat great food, warm service and an outside area that's dog friendly. You just can't!

Love Jollimon's. How can Kelly's not be on this list!? They were pioneers in outdoor dining in Dunedin! My sons used to love to go there to check out the old turtle pond!

We are truelly blessed with many great restaurants ! The view from Bon Appetite is stunning and consistent great quality food puts them at the head of the table.When I have out of town guests thats the place I take them for a great dining experience.
