P.F. Chang's is opening its first Pinellas County location at Westfield Countryside Mall in February 2013.

Construction to build a P.F. Chang's restaurant has started at Westfield Countryside Mall.
The upscale, Chinese-inspired cuisine is planned to be available for shoppers February 2013, said Lauren Clark, spokeswoman for the mall.
It will be the final destination dining option to fill out the mall's restaurant row, she said.
The restaurant has locations throughout the country and internationally. The nearest P.F. Chang's is located at West Shore Plaza in Tampa.
“That really has completed the whole restaurant row,” Clark said.
