- The Toronto Blue Jays split their squad for a scrimmage exhibition game against Canada at 1 p.m. The other half of the squad plays the Atlanta Braves' split squad at 1:05 p.m. Both scrimmages are away games. The Jays lost to the Pirates yesterday, 4-1.
- Mayor Dave Eggers will be giving out FREE handshakes at the Green Market today from 10 a.m. to noon. Stop by the City of Dunedin Information booth and say hi.
- While you're at the Green Market, you may run into the folks from Organic Living, Inc. The group is taking orders for citrus trees with a variety of fruit grafted onto them (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, tangerines and tangelos). Several of these citrus fruits can supposedly be picked from one tree. The trees come in a five-gallon container. Place and order online or call 727-433-1661.
- The Dunedin Doggie Rescue will be at the Pinehurst Pub tomorrow for it's big fundraising and rescue event, Musicians for the Paws/Brewers for the Cause.
- WEATHER: Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. Still a little windy today, according to the National Weather Service.
