Pink Golf Cart Up For Grabs at 'Paint the Town'

House of Carts just finished a custom pink golf cart to be raffled at Thursday's annual Paint the Town Pink event in downtown Dunedin, which raises money for Morton Plant Mease's Mammography Voucher Program.

Bras, hair, martinis and, now, golf carts are all going pink for Breast Cancer Awareness in Dunedin.

Thursday's annual Paint the Town Pink event in downtown Dunedin raises money for Morton Plant Mease's Mammography Voucher Program, which provides free breast cancer services to women of a certain income level and who have no health insurance.

Shoppers can enter to win raffle prizes and discounts from more than 25 downtown shops, enjoy live music and specials at several local restaurants, and get their hair "streaked" pink.

One of the top prizes is a custom, pink Club Car golf cart from House of Carts in Palm Harbor.

Maurice Jewelry Design is also contributing a $500 pink zirconia necklace to be raffled during the event.
