The blues are back in Clearwater.
The two-day Clearwater Sea-Blues Festival featuring performers including Kenny Wayne Shephard, Hamilton Loomis and Coco Montoya takes over Coachman Park Feb. 16 and 17.
Admission is free, however, reserved seating is available starting at $25.
