Semifinals: Best Customer Service in Dunedin
We’re down to four businesses in our customer service competition. Which do you like best?
After an intense weekend of voting, four local businesses remain in Patch’s customer service tournament.
We started with 64 businesses in mid-March, and our readers have chosen these four as the heavyweights of customer service in Dunedin. This week, the final four businesses will go head to head to crown a champion, and they need your support to go all the way.
Voting ends at noon Saturday, and championship scoring is now in effect. The two businesses that get the most comments and directory reviews before voting closes will advance to the finals. In the semifinals and finals, each favorable comment is worth 20 points, and each favorable directory review is worth 50 points.
Each reader may leave one comment and one directory review per business. (You are welcome to leave as many comments as you would like, but for voting purposes we will count only the first comment and review you leave in favor of each business.) Any ties will be broken in overtime.
To leave a review for a business, search for the business name in the Dunedin Patch directory, or click on the business name below to go straight to its directory listing:
Good luck to all our competitors!
About this tournament: The 64 participating businesses joined Patch before the March 11 qualifying deadline and were selected based on their ratings in the Dunedin Patch directory. Want to join Patch? Here's how.

Hi Cecilia! I'm not the official scorer, but I think it's a fresh round of voting: You can leave favorable comments here on this story (the semifinal story) and those count as 20 points. But if you leave a favorable review on the particular business's directory listing that counts as 50 points. To get to the directory listing, click on the business links above (we've linked them to the proper place). Did I help make more sense?

Claire, Thanks so much. I finally got back in the Patchouli incense that you like..... and I am going to try my darnedest to make it to see Willow tomorrow morning. I tried a couple of weeks ago, and she was not at the Green Market that morning.
Tell your family hello from us.

Lucie/Mae's definitely gets my vote here! Deb is always so welcoming and warm. I feel as if I am visiting her home, rather than her shop.

I cannot pass without saying one more word for Lucie-Mae's. Deb will have a "Meet The Artists" Saturday. I've been to several of these events. What Deb has done is given the artists an opening to demonstrate or share thoughts and visions on their creations. At the same time, we get precious insight on pieces we bring into our homes. I have also heard stories that amaze me to this day. Seeing the faces of these artists speaks volumes for Deb's consideration. In turn, it just brings customer service to a new level as we benefit!

Just wanting someone to know that I had posted a 5 star comment for Enchanted Spirits and then realized that I had submitted it with a word misspelled. I could not figure out how to edit, so I deleted it and tried to re-submit. Discovered that I cannot post again the same day....So I am leaving my comment here .
I just love those guys, especially the psychic readers (not the physic readers). They get my vote and a five star rating. Harley B from Clearwater
