Sea Sea Riders Restaurant won the Mojo Cook-Off for the second year at the Dunedin Orange Festival on Saturday, July 7, 2012.

Folks from all over turned out for the Third Annual Dunedin Orange Festival, which celebrates Dunedin's orange harvesting heritage.

Among all the festivities, the Mojo Cook-Off put many area restaurants in a fierce competition that left returning champions Sea Sea Riders Restaurant the victor. Sunday also happened to be the restaurant's 24th anniversary.

Another great, fun filled, family event. Special thanks to all the hard working people who devoted many days to put this together. This is part of what makes Dunedin such a great place to live and work. The community involvement and citizens belief that "Our Town" is special. Proud to be part of it.

I'm very happy for Chef Chris Lyons! At a recent chili cook-off, I thought his original chili recipe was the best. Now he gets righteous props for outstanding Mojo two years running. Bravo!

I totally agree that this was such a fun event and I was happy to volunteer. The best part was that my 6 year old granddaughter wanted to help! Working with her went straight to my heart and will be a moment to cherish forever. "We" will continue to be a part of "our town," Dunedin! She lives in Tarpon Springs now but some day...

What a great event! And I even survived 12 dunkings in the booth! All for great causes which Candy and support entirely. Congrats to Sea Sea Riders, as I welcome photos on the Patch for the wonderful Orange Festival. Anyone have a pic of me being dunked????

Great time seemed to be had by all! I ran into a lot of old friends that I hadn't seen in a while. We look forward to being involved again next year. These projects are a lot of work. So, thank you once again to all those who love Dunedin enough to put in the kind of effort necessary to pull the projects off successfully.
How lucky we are to have a town like Dunedin, and special people that make it delightful...
