Kim Mohr, owner of the Serendipity Café at 664 Main St. in Dunedin, created a unique experience with delicious food at her new (March 2010) restaurant. While they are a dedicated gluten-free facility, she and her husband Dan have created a place for delicious food that's also healthy food, free of pesticides and chemicals. Driven by necessity after discovering she was allergic to gluten, Kim has created a menu that appeals to everyone because she has great taste!
I've known Kim for over 12 years when she attended some of our cooking classes at my original business Home Chefs Kitchen Emporium. She's always had a passion for food and it shows in the delicious recipes she's developed for her restaurant, e.g., breakfast dishes like French Toast with Peanut Butter Syrup & Grilled Banana and lunch wrap sandwiches like Buffalo Chicken Wrap.
Breakfast is served all day and lunch begins around 11 a.m. until close at 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. They offer a special dinner menu on Friday nights only from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Given my passion for food I always love to meet with fellow "foodies" who believe the main reason to eat is for taste.

It seems like forever ago but it was in fact about a month past that I discovered Serendipity. (weak pun intended) I've been going to breakfast there at least three times a week since. Tonight, my wife and I will make it three consecutive Friday evenings in a row for dinner. It's simply a testimony to the healthy food that Kim and Dan put out to their customers. I've already done reviews on several e-zines. This is just a thanks to all at Serendipity for the good food and the honor of being a "regular." I highly recommend you stop in just to feel the love and eat healthy!
