Decorated boats assemble in Mandalay Channel at 6:30 p.m. and head to Coachman Park, under the Memorial Causeway Bridge and to the Clearwater Yacht Club's judging stand.
Prizes are awarded for best decorated boats.
This annual parade is held in memory of Island Estates Yacht Club members who died during the year.

Coachman Park is a waterfront park that hosts various concerts, festivals and other events at its Charles Wharton Johnson Pavilion.
