DESCRIPTION:This contagious workout is a fun\, high energy  unique class 
 that  lifts\, tones\, and blasts total body fat. The class is&nbsp\;  fu
 sed with the  best of legendary fitness techniques to create a  firm\, t
 ight\, tone and streamlined  body without adding bulk.  Participants imp
 rove balance\, posture\, body  awareness\, flexibility and  increase car
 diovascular endurance while they  create a firm\, lean body. The workout
   combines fat burning interval  training\, deep isometric conditioning\
 ,  and elongating techniques that  change and sculpt the body to reduce 
  cellulite and belly fat.\nA customized industrial barre is used. Classe
 s    incorporate a warm up\, arm section\, barre section that targets th
 e    entire lower body and waistline and a mat session for abs and    fl
 exibility. No dance experience necessary and classes are not built    ar
 ound learning choreography.\nClasses are conducted by Pilates Teacher an
 d barre enthusiast\, Carolyn Bell. Carolyn completed Tracey Mallett&rsqu
 o\;s Booty Barre&trade\; instructor training. Classes also draw from her
  experience as a Fletcher Barrework&trade\; teacher and study of various
  Lotte Berk Method inspired barre workouts.\n$15 class fee payable to Ca
 rolyn Bell Pilates. Needed: a mat\, hand towel\, water\, mat and 3-pound
  dumbbells.\nClass must be reserved. No dance experience necessary.
