Detox Flow with Erin
Erin brings you this fabulous creative flow class focused on detoxing the body. She’ll guide you through a practice which will help you get your heart rate up and your blood flowing so you can get everything moving and circulating in the body. Then she’ll guide you into some deep twist and hip openers to literally ring the toxins out of the body. Class will be followed with a nice relaxing resting pose and you’ll leave feeling like a new person!

More About Sublime Yoga
Sublime Yoga offers yoga for everyone, from seasoned practitioners to first-timers. Classes can be purchased individually, in packages, or by month. Workshops for yoga instructors, massage therapists and fitness instructors, as well as the average person, are often held. Free wi-fi is available in the lounge, along with beverages. There's also a boutique offering mats, clothing, books and DVDs.
