Hatha Yoga with Megan
Megan, a Yoga Fit certified instructor, brings you this amazing all levels welcome Hatha Yoga practice. This is a well-balanced practice that will take you through an assortment of asanas (yoga poses) which focus on both lengthening and strengthening the body all at the same time. Megan offers plenty of modifications throughout her practice. By using modifications to simplify the postures or to make them more challenging, this class allows you the ability to customize your practice and intuitively make decisions that best suit your own physical body.

More About Sublime Yoga
Sublime Yoga offers yoga for everyone, from seasoned practitioners to first-timers. Classes can be purchased individually, in packages, or by month. Workshops for yoga instructors, massage therapists and fitness instructors, as well as the average person, are often held. Free wi-fi is available in the lounge, along with beverages. There's also a boutique offering mats, clothing, books and DVDs.
