• 3pm - How to control your weight naturally.  In this free workshop, Kayla will discuss underlying causes of weight issues, regardless of whether the need is to lose or gain weight. She will introduce considerations required for better understanding your body and it’s unique needs, to maintain a desired weight while increasing control and power in other areas of your life, such as: depression, mood swings, digestive disorders, fatigue, joint pain, and more. Her focus is on recognizing whole food as a first line of defense, as medicine. She will walk you through some of the first steps for identifying how your current lifestyle and relationship to food may be impacting how you feel daily.
•  Amy from Dynamic Health will be doing FREE 10 minute Chair Massages. (anything over 10 minutes $1.00 per minute)
