Dogeden -- A downtown dog park?

Dunedin (Dogeden) draws a lot of tourists and retirees because it's so pet friendly. But we only have one dog park (Happy Tails) which is fairly remote from downtown. How about a new dog park near downtown and near the P-Trial? There are a number of vacant lots; and this would likely enhance the popularity of downtown.
