Be plugged into your community this Monday.

  1. Chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Otherwise mostly sunny, with a high near 77, according to the National Weather Service.
  2. Today is the last chance to vote for our hometown finalist, drama student Adam Zeph, to be a fan favorite in the Pinellas Education Foundation's Walker's Rising Stars scholarship competition. We'll make it easy for you. Click here, then scroll below his video to enter your name and email address. That's it, you've just "fanned" him and given him a shot at a prize. Stay tuned.   3. The Space Shuttle Endeavour is scheduled to launch today at 8:56 a.m. from Kennedy Space Center. Find yourself a spot with a clear view of the eastern sky. The Dunedin Causeway might be your best bet.
  4. Today marks the start of American Craft Beer Week. Lucky for us, we have two establishments with quality craft brews: , which brews right here at home, and the , which always has 40 fine beers on tap.
  5. The Dunedin Blue Jays against the Jupiter Hammerheads. So far they've split the series 1-1. Two more to go. Game starts at 7 p.m.
