Grab & Go Kids Planner: Top Family Picks for June 10 to 15

Get active with your kids this week. Check out all the fun things to do outside!

Juggling your responsibilities and entertaining the kids is no easy task. Dunedin Patch is coming to the rescue with the top family-friendly activities in the area.

Here’s a list of this week’s events you can pick and choose from.

SUP Pilates

Find out what's happening in Dunedinwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

  • Where/When: Dunedin Pilates Studio, 1059 Broadway, Suite F, Dunedin. Every Thursday night at 5:30pm
  • Why Go? Experience the benefit of a Pilates workout on the water! Stand-Up Paddleboards are the latest craze, and you and your teen will love it!
  • Pricing: $30 per class, or $15 if you have your own board


  • Where/When: 937 Victoria Drive, Dunedin. Every Thursday night from 6 to 8pm.
  • Why Go? Encourage your teen to pick up running this summer. This is a family-friendly event and kids of all ages are welcome. Three different pace groups for all levels, including beginners.
  • Pricing: First two weeks are free.

DJ Cosmic Bowling

  • Where/When: , 405 Patricia Ave., Dunedin. This Friday and Saturday night from 9:30pm to 12:30am.
  • Why Go? Drop off your group of teens for some bowling and hit the town for a few hours for a date night!
  • Pricing: Buy one, get one free admission coupon on its Facebook Page.

Dunedin Blue Jays vs Tampa Yankees

  • Where/When: Florida Auto Exchange Stadium, 373 Douglas Ave., Dunedin. Saturday, June 11, at 6pm
  • Why Go? "Junior Jays Saturdays"... kids with their season tickets get a free hot dog, soft drink and popcorn.
  • Pricing: $6 regular admission

  • Where/When:, 1 Causeway Blvd., Dunedin. Sunday, June 12, at 7:30am
  • Why Go? Inspire the athlete in your child as they can watch local residents swim-bike-run in this sprint distance event for all fitness levels. Your clapping and cheering goes a long way toward helping the athletes complete the race.
  • Pricing: Free to be a spectator at this event.
