Isaac Threat Moves Bottled Water from Dunedin Store Shelves

Shoppers stocked up on bottled water and paper supplies at Dunedin grocery stores Saturday in preparation for Tropical Storm (and probable hurricane) Isaac.

Shelves at Dunedin's grocery stores were clearing out late Saturday as residents prepared for the possibility of hurricane Isaac.

Bottled water and paper products were still in supply, but going fast from the shelves at the and  off State Road 580 in Dunedin by Saturday evening. 

Dunedin Patch Facebook followers also reported that the shelves at were nearly empty.

The city of Dunedin  in the back parking lot of the Dunedin Fine Art Center. Local officials also  early Friday.

Pinellas County issued a midday Saturday. Forecasters believe Isaac may impact the area as a hurricane on Monday. The storm threat has in Tampa on Monday.
