Boulder Beer Company Dinner (*Reservations Suggested)

In honor of American Craft Beer Week, the Dunedin Smokehouse presents this five-course dinner with each dish paired with a selection from Boulder Beer Company.

Here's the menu:

  • Sweaty Betty Blonde Wheat (5.2% ABV), served with tempura-battered stone-crab roll with avocado and red bell pepper. Includes spicy togarashi aioli.
  • Hazed and Infused Dry-Hopped Ale (4.85% ABV), served with lavender-smoked wild-boar boudin sausage with gouda grit cake and shaved onion rings.
  • Mojo India Pale Ale (6.8% ABV), served with tandoori quail with cucumber raita, saffron basmati rice and pomegranate-ginger chutney and warm naan bread.
  • Mojo Risin’ Double IPA (10% ABV), served with a grilled venison chop with green peppercorn demi, oyster-mushroom faro, roasted baby-gold beets & sunburst squash.
  • Kinda Blue Blueberry Wheat (5.2% ABV), served with macadamia-crusted St. Andre triple-cream brie with blueberry gastrique, organic greens and brioche toast points.
