“It’s a tremendous achievement, getting this award from the Chamber,” Ottoson said. “We’ve been in business in Dunedin for 25 years, so this … is unbelievable. It was a total surprise.”

In addition to crafting and installing custom cabinets, Ottoson handles full-scale home additions and remodels, and he also does commercial work. All the cabinets are made on site, using computers and high-tech machines.

It’s not just the high quality work that keeps customers coming back. Brian’s wife, Sue, insists the personal service each client receives is what has made the business so successful in the community.

“A lot of Brian’s clients become his best friends because he’s so personable and so accommodating with them," she said. “Our entire staff is extremely likable, and that shows with all the repeat business we get. The clients fall in love with them!”

“This award is dedicated to all the employees because we couldn’t do it without them,” Brian added. “We’ve been very blessed.”
