New Real Estate Agency Gives Downtown Building a New Look

Coastal Properties Group is moving into the former site of Lace Lingerie on Main Street, bringing a hometown feel with its boutique real estate agency.

The Main Street building that once housed Lace Lingerie has a new tenant and a new look.

Coastal Properties Group, a boutique real estate agency, is opening offices at 437 Main St. in downtown Dunedin, following locations in Clearwater Beach and Palm Harbor.

The building has gone from its purple paint job to a new, crushed shell exterior as owners Lauren and Alex Jansen are prepping for the opening. Laren Jansen says the agency, which is affiliated with the Christie's International Real Estate brand, will have a hometown feel.
