Who wouldn't want a ticket aboard a bus bound for the best brews in Florida?
This is the fifth year the Dunedin non-profit rescue group has rented a bus to provide a safe ride to and from Brewers Ball, an unlimited sampling event that highlights 30 Gold Medal-winning kegs from brewers across Florida.
The Brewers Ball kicks off Tampa Bay Beer Week, an annual celebration of brew culture and showcase of the area as a worldwide beer destination. The weeklong festivities is set for March 3-10 and is in its second year.
Dunedin Doggie Rescue has 12 seats available on the bus.
The group will depart from the parking lot across from Dunedin Brewery at 10 a.m. sharp, K.K. Koenig, co-founder of Dunedin Doggie Rescue, says. Hydration products will be provided throughout the event and a pizza stop is planned for the return trip, Koenig says.
The bus will also pickup pre-paid passengers along its route to Ybor City (along State Road 580 to U.S. 19 S to Gulf to Bay. The only Tampa stop option is at end of Courtney Campbell Causeway).
Tickets are $65 for admission and a bus ride; $25 for a bus ride only; and $45 for admission only. Food vendors will be available on site.
To purchase tickets email K.K. Koenig at firstname.lastname@example.org.
