Juggling your responsibilities and entertaining the kids is no easy task. Dunedin Patch is coming to the rescue, with the top family-friendly activities in the area.

Here’s a list of this week’s events you can pick and choose from.

  • Where/When: Dunedin Public Library, 223 Douglas Ave. Wednesday at 6 p.m.
  • Why Go: Students ages 5 to 12 will participate in a variety of fun activities exploring the planets in the solar system. Each participant will create their very own space suit, paper rockets, and enjoy some intergalactic refreshments.
  • Pricing: Free!

  • Where/When: Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 750 San Salvador Dr. Thursday at 10 a.m.
  • Why Go: Bring your little tykes to Our Lady of Lourdes Church this week for an exciting and educational music class. Created by Maryann Harman, "Music With Mar." offers fun for both kids and adults through music.
  • Pricing: $7 per family.

Sunset Cinema at Pier 60

  • Where/When: 10 Pier 60 Drive, Clearwater Beach. Friday at 6:30 p.m.
  • Why Go: Bring the family to Clearwater's Pier 60 for a free film screening this Friday. Cozy up under a blanket on the beach and enjoy the family-friendly film on the jumbo screen. This week's movie is 1999's "Stuart Little," an animated comedy starring Michael J. Fox, Geena Davis and Hugh Laurie.
  • Pricing: Free!

  • Where/When: Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at MLK Recreation Center.
  • Why Go: Teens ages 11 to 17 are invited to Stirling Skate Park for an evening of fun on four wheels. Teen Skate Night provides a safe environment for local teens to have fun and socialize. Helmets are required.
  • Pricing: General Admission: $4, Recreation Center Members: $2, Skate Park Members: $1

  • Where/When: Barnes and Noble, 23654 Us Highway 19 N, Clearwater. Saturday at 11 a.m.
  • Why Go: Kids of all ages are invited to join Barnes and Noble for its National Storytime, featuring The Very Hungry Caterpillar, written and illustrated by Eric Carle. Activities and crafts will be available following the story.
  • Pricing: Free.

  • Where/When Florida Auto Exchange Stadium, 373 Douglas Ave. Sunday at 1:05 p.m.
  • Why Go:  Take the family out to the ball game this weekend as two major league teams go head to head on the diamond.  See the Toronto Blue Jays take on the Minnesota Twins in this Spring training match.
  • Pricing: $15 to $27.
