Dunedin Jr. Falcons Youth Football & Cheerleading Registration

Our next Registrations will be Monday (7/15) and Wednesday (7/17) at the DJF Practice Field (to the Left of the Dunedin High parking lot)


Registration will be from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.


To Register Your Child, You MUST Bring the Following:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Two (2) wallet size photos (Childs face MUST be clear, no hats, no sunglasses, no photo copy paper)

  • Parent or Legal Guardian can only register the child (If Guardian, must have Guardianship papers)

  • Parent/Guardian Drivers License

  • Emergency Contact Information

  • Insurance Coverage Information (If Applicable)

  • Registration Fee of $75 (First Child) $60 (per additional Sibling) is required at registration

    • Football and Cheer packages are required to participate.


    Registration cannot be completed unless all requirements are met.

    Registration Dates 2013: 


    July 15 (Mon) Registration 7:00pm - 8:00pm (at the DJF Field)


    July 17 (Wed) Registration 7:00pm - 8:00pm (at the DJF Field)


    July 20 (Sat) Registration 10:00am - Noon (at Community Center)


    July 22 (Mon) - First Day of Practice!!!
