Our next Registration Date is on Wednesday (7/17) at the DJF Practice Field (to the Left of the Dunedin High parking lot)
Registration will be from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
To Register Your Child, You MUST Bring the Following:

Two (2) wallet size photos (Childs face MUST be clear, no hats, no sunglasses, no photo copy paper)
Parent or Legal Guardian can only register the child (If Guardian, must have Guardianship papers)
Parent/Guardian Drivers License
Emergency Contact Information
Insurance Coverage Information (If Applicable)
Registration Fee of $75 (First Child) $60 (per additional Sibling) is required at registration
Football and Cheer packages are required to participate.
Registration cannot be completed unless all requirements are met.
