This is a well-balanced practice that will take you through an assortment of asanas (yoga poses) which focus on both lengthening and strengthening the body all at the same time. Megan offers plenty of modifications throughout her practice. By using modifications to simplify the postures or to make them more challenging, this class allows you the ability to customize your practice and intuitively make decisions that best suit your own physical body.
