Pilates is a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates to strengthen and lengthen muscles with a focus on the body core. This class, performed on the floor, will challenge your entire body, leaving you feeling longer, taller, and refreshed. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat.
