Vinyasa Flow with Jade
Jade has been passionately teaching Vinyasa Flow in the Tampa Bay area for more than 5 years and is excited to share her favorite practice with you. Vinyasa Flow synchronizes breath with movement, often moving at a pace of one breath per pose, making this a slightly more fast paced practice than your typical yoga class. Moving with the breath brings smoothness to the practice, allows the body to build an internal warmth, and allows the practice to become a form of moving meditation. This is a more energetic form of yoga so come prepared to move and sweat! Like all of our classes, this practice will end in a heavy dose of relaxation so you will leave feeling amazing inside and out!
