World Drumming Camp by Creative Keys

We’ll meet from 9a.m. to 12p.m. every day for two weeks learning playing techniques, performing skills, enhancing listening skills, group awareness, and self control. We’ll use our hands to play grooves from Africa, Puerto-Rico and Cuba and create some of our very own. Students will learn to play Clave, Bell, Shaker, Tubano, Djembe, and agogo bell. There’s no experience necessary and all 1st through 5th graders are welcome. We’ll wrap up our camp with a hard-hitting performance for all our family and friends.
