The Coalition of Immokolee's Florida Modern Slavery Museum will be on the campus of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church August 26 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The museum, which has toured the state extensively and been featured on NPR and in The Nation and other national magazines, traces the history and evolution of slavery in Florida's fields. Admission is free and the museum is open to the whole community.
