Just Ask Yourself 1 Question

We all seem to struggle with anxiety at times. Most of the problem can be boiled down to 3 simple questions. Yes...3. 

OK first off is my anxiety over something I can control?

If the answer is No..let it go

If the answer is Yes...take action.

Anything with the answer "no" is not worthy of our time or worry!

This is where it sometimes gets tricky. Some of us operate under an illusion that we can control all kinds of things, right?  

I think we should consider we CAN control what we say, what we do and how we choose to feel. If we accomplish these things in life, we have done quite well.  A tall order for all of us.
