Impressed!

My wife and I had a custom design in mind for her engagement ring.  We wanted something unique and frankly, somewhat specific.  After much searching, we were unable to find anything in our locale, but we eventually stumbled across a beautiful piece online.  This piece happened to be in Maurice's gallery.  I subsequently called him to see if he would be able to create what we had in mind, and he said he could.  The caveat to this is that we are located in midwestern America, and he is located in Florida.  That didn't stop us, however.  We were able to go through the entire design process via Skype.  We were able to run our thoughts and sketches by him, and he was able to refine our choices into viable pieces of jewelry.  One of our favorite aspects of her ring was actually one of his suggestions to increase the stability and balance of the ring.
He was kind enough to keep us involved throughout the entire process, answer questions, and even provide photos along the way.  We were able to view the wax mold first as a sort of preview before we confirmed the final design, and he was able to procure the stone we desired.
Needless to say, the final ring was beautiful!  It is truly a work of art.  It is apparent that he takes pride not only in the work he creates but also his relationships with his customers.  This is evidenced through the personal approach he took with us, and he always stands behind his work.  
She loved her ring so much that we asked Maurice to create a male wedding band for myself with a similar theme.  He executed this masterfully.  He was able to square off all sides and insert 8 very small stones within the corners with hand-engraving along the outer edges similar to my wife's ring.  
One year later, we approached Maurice once more to create a matching wedding band to go along with her engagement ring.  This was not an easy task given her ring was so unique that it was meant to stand alone.  It also needed to appear similar to my wedding band.  Once again, he was able to do this masterfully.
In summary, my wife and I are grateful for the time and effort Maurice Jewelry Design has taken to make us happy.  Both Maurice and Landon are excellent, and I can say with complete confidence that they have gone above and beyond what is seen today to stand behind their work and keep the customer involved throughout the entire process.
