City Manager's Election Memorabilia On Display at Library

Come see a collection of election memorabilia in our front lobby display cases this month. Don't forget to donate a backpack and/or some school supplies! We'll keep collecting till Sept. 1.

When you walk into the this month, be sure to take some time to look in the display cases!

City manager Rob DiSpirito has his historical election collection on display for everyone to enjoy. He has memorabilia including pins, buttons, bumper stickers and even clocks. Some names you may recognize include Kennedy, Roosevelt, Nixon and Carter. I noticed some funny things regarding Archie Bunker and even some pins promoting First Ladies. What a wonderful collection to share in — museum worthy!

Don’t forget to or some school supplies to our box here at the Dunedin Public Library Youth Desk. We need your help to help area kids begin their school year! We will continue to collect until Sept. 1.
