Holidays In The Air at Dunedin Public Library

Holiday events at the Dunedin Public Library and Information regarding the Diversity Week essay contest for kids.

The Dunedin Public Library is all about the holidays! We have a lot of programs going on and several planned for the near future.

We’ll be in the Dunedin Holiday Parade Saturday, Dec. 8 at 4 p.m. Because the parade route is in front of the library and closes the road, the library will close at 2 p.m. this Saturday. The Youth Department will be in the Chamber
of Commerce reading stories and doing crafts for Old Fashioned Christmas after the parade. If you have never been to Dunedin’s Old Fashioned Christmas you will be amazed!

The Adult Services Department is offering some pretty fantastic programs.  On December 10 at 3PM the Madrigal Singers will be in the library. Come enjoy some old fashioned carolling! On Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. you can meet Rita Fabula and see her “Quick and Easy Appetizers for the Holidays.”  I bet you’ll be able to taste some of those appetizers, too! Finally, on Dec. 20 at 7 p.m. we will be entertained by Raffi and Roman Kasparian with “Festive Piano.”
