             Michael Perez is the C.E.O and founder of Ameri-Tech and started the very successful and professional property management service that specializes in resort condominium and homeowners’ association management.  Ameri-Tech has been rooted in Pinellas County for over 15 years and manages property in 7 of Florida’s most popular counties stretching from Polk to Pasco, and as far south as Sarasota.             Michael Perez has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, and still handles all his clients with the care of if he had just one. I was introduced to Ameri-Tech with open arms to do a company profile. Upon being greeted by a very friendly receptionist and a very short wait Michael came out to greet me and introduce me to his partners Karen Browder & Darleen DePoalo. Darleen  is the Managing Broker at Ameri-Tech and as personable as the day is sunny here in Florida. After showing me the offices and introducing me around I sat and gathered all the information here in this article.
