Wine, Waterfront Brunch and Super Sweet Strawberries

I can't believe it's Friday again!

Here’s another round of top picks for this weekend. Grab your friends or your sweetie and have some fun!

1.) FRIDAY: Today marks the return of another , taking place in delightful downtown Dunedin from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. More than 40 local merchants participate in the event with some offering wine tasting, food, entertainment, discounts, giveaways and art exhibits. It’s the perfect excuse to stroll the streets and get to know the merchants. Live entertainment at features Scotty Lee Rexroat. A $10 wristband gets you access to merchant specials and entered into a drawing for valuable prizes.

2.) FRIDAY and SATURDAY: Surprise your sweetie with some deliciously sweet strawberries from the . They’re fresh and perfect for dipping! While there, wander over to the orchid booth and hand-select an exotic orchid. Orchids are also a symbol of love and perfection and will last longer than a bouquet of over-priced red roses. The Dunedin Green Market is open Friday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

3.) SATURDAY: Watch and listen in a casual Floribbean environment as artists and musicians entertain at Live ART JAM on Saturday at Jolli Mon’s Grill, 941 Huntley Avenue. The live art event features artists Bean Spence, Cheeta and Sesh turning plain white canvas into stunning works of art, which will be auctioned off later in the evening. Other art is available for sale during the event. Musical entertainment by Ben Plott starts at 5 p.m. Shoeless Soul and Funky Seeds follow.

4.) SATURDAY: Enjoy free, live entertainment at . Donations support families of fallen St. Petersburg Police Sgt. Tom Baitinger and Officer Jeff Yaslowitz. The event "" will bring a whole new meaning to appreciating your loved ones this Valentine's Day. Listen to the sounds of Floydsum, The Relatives, Nathan Daugherty & Co., Struck and the Tampa Bay Blues Brothers. Concert goes from 3 to 9 p.m.

5.) SUNDAY: Treat yourself to a delicious Sunday brunch buffet at a place you wouldn’t think to have breakfast: at . That’s right! For just $9.95 you can start your day off the right with Eggs Honeymoon, a Chef’s Sunday Specialty creation, Island Style French toast, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, home-fried potatoes, seasonal fruit, specialty entrees, coffee and tea, all served with a stunning view of the beach and aqua blue water.
