Two Dunedin men face misdemeanor charges for throwing full cans of beer at Dunedin House of Beer patrons early Saturday, according to authorities.

Don G. Slee, 25, and Thomas Jay Slee, 24, of the 1500 block of Pleasant Grove Drive in Dunedin, were refused service after they were seen drinking beer outside Dunedin House of Beer on Aug. 17, according to Pinellas County arrest records.

The two reportedly began causing a disturbance outside the popular craft beer establishment and began "throwing full cans of beer at patrons outside the location," arrest records indicate.

The brothers reportedly fled on foot when a Pinellas County Sheriff's deputy cruiser pulled up around 2:30 a.m., but they were quickly apprehended around the corner, arrest records say.

Thomas and Don Slee were both charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place, a misdemeanor. They were both released on $100 bond.
