Cameron Bosley, the driver in an April crash that killed his passenger Michael Graziano, turned himself into authorities late Sunday when he learned a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Bosley, 25, of Dunedin, was arrested and charged with felony DUI manslaughter. He was released Monday afternoon on $10,000 bond.

Graziano, 24, of Dunedin, was riding with Bosley in his 1994 Volvo SW when it struck a dump truck at a high speed on April 3.

Investigators say Bosley's Volvo was just east of 66th St. North on Ulmerton Road in Largo, traveling westbound at a high rate of speed, when it crashed into the back of a dump truck while attempting to pass around 2:30 a.m.

The driver of the dump truck was not injured.

Florida Highway Patrol turned the case over to the State Attorney's Office on July 17.

Bosley was arrested in Pinellas County in 2005 on charges of reckless driving, fleeing or eluding law enforcement at a high speed, and driving with a suspended or revoked license, according Pinellas County Sheriff's Office records.

Graziano's brother John Graziano, a decorated Marine, was critically injured as a passenger in a crash on Clearwater's Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard in 2007. Driver Nick Bollea, son of famed professional wrestler Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea), lost control on the rain-slicked street and hit a palm tree.

John Graziano suffered a severe brain injury in the accident and was hospitalized for two years and is under the care of his mother Debra Graziano.

Just last year, father of the Graziano boys, Ed Graziano, pleaded no contest in an attempt to hire an undercover detective, posing as a hit man, for $2,100 and a pizza gift card to murder his wife Debra. Ed Graziano is serving a 10-year prison sentence.
