Deputies Need Help Catching Ice Cream Shop Burglar

Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives have released surveillance photos of the man they believe burglarized Strachan's Homemade Ice Cream in Palm Harbor in April.

Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives are asking area residents to keep their eyes open for the man they say burglarized Strachan’s Homemade Ice Cream in Palm Harbor around 12:54 a.m. April 21.

The man wanted in connection with the crime is said to have smashed the front glass door of the 105 Alt. U.S. 19 business. He is described as a middle age man who stands about 5-foot-10 to 6 feet in height. He was last seen wearing a hat, jeans, sneakers and a long-sleeve shirt or sweatshirt. Detectives believe he has dark hair and a mustache.
