The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between April 6 and 12, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

April 6

  • Brenden Patrick Biggers, 20, of 1550 Rebecca Ln, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs and charged with three felony counts of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, and another felony count of attempted burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. He was released on $20,000 bond.
  • Pamela Sue Jones, 63, of 1100 Curlew Road Lot 169, was charged with a misdemeanor count of DUI. She was released on bond.

April 7

  • No charges are recorded against Dunedin residents by Pinellas County Sheriffs or Clearwater Police on this day.

April 8 

  • James David Palmer, 55, of 3067 Belcher Road No. 2, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of having an open alcohol container. 

April 9

  • Steven Lewis Morey, 50, of 334 John F. Kennedy St, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the charge of felony trafficking violation driving while a license is permanently revoked.  
  • Pagona Tzirilis, 35, of 947 Virginia St., was charged by Pinellas County Sheriff's with one misdemeanor count of simple battery. She was released on bond.

April 10

  • Wayne A Charest, 61, of 962 Cedarwood Ave, was arrested and charged by Pinellas County Sheriffs on three counts of felony failure to appear for withholding information from a doctor and one felony count of failure to appear for withholding information. He is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on more than $40,000 bond.
  • James Lynch, 66, of 1500 County Road 1 Lot 12, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of petit theft. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jorge Ventura Ortiz, 37, a Dunedin transient, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the felony charges of aggravated battery with a motor vehicle and not having a valid driver's license. He is in custody at Pinellas County Jail awaiting U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enfocement officials.

April 11

  • Jeffrey Elvis Card, 50, of 2249 Curlew Ave Apt. C, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the misdemeanor charge of DUI. He is in custody.
  • Jessica Lee Villanueva, 31, of 926 Cedarwood Dr, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the misdemeanor charge of simple battery. She was released on bond.  

April 12

  • Melissa Kristin Brownfield, 27, of 835 Kirkland Cir, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance.
  • Naythan Thomas Geodderez, 25, of 291 Woodette Dr Apt 5, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance. 
  • Richard Dale Geodderez, 47, of of 291 Woodette Dr Apt 5, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest without violence. He was released on bond.
  • John Robbert Geodderez, 21, of of 291 Woodette Dr Apt 5, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the misdemeanor charge of battery. He was released on bond.
  • Maria Hernandez, 32, of 660 Beltrees St, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the misdemeanor charge of not having a valid driver's license. She was released on bond.
  • Joseph Rijos, 45, of 1441 Duncan Loop S Apt. 107, was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriffs on the misdemeanor charge of DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
