Jail Bookings of Dunedin Residents: July 6 to 12

The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between July 6 and 12, 2013.  

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. They reflect arrests by Pinellas County Sheriff's Office only, not municipal jurisdictions.

July 6

• Gerald Hegedus, 51, of the 1700 block of Pinehurst Rd., was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Ashley Denise Thomas, 28, of the 800 block of Lyndhurst St., was charged with the following felonies: battery on a law enforcement officer, violation of probation for failure to appear to a court date, violation of probation for battery, and misdemeanor disorderly intoxication. 
• Latoya Denise Thomas, 30, of the 500 block of New York Ave., was charged with the following misdemeanors: possession of marijuana, having an expired tag and driving while a license is suspended or revoked. She has been released. 

July 7

• Aaron G. Springhart, 20, of the 1500 block of Roxbury Ln., was charged with felony dealing in stolen property. 

July 8

• Joshua Adam Paquette, 25, of 1200 block of Dale Cir. W., was charged with felony habitual driving while a license is suspended or revoked. 

July 9

• Jason Robert Gasaway, 38, of the 800 block of Main St., was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked.
• Eugene Milton Belford, 68, of the 1700 block of Pasadena Dr., was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear in court for not having a valid driver's license. He was released on his own recognizance.

July 10

• Stacey Montez Bailey, 48, of the 1700 block of Main St., was charged with misdemeanor resisting an officer without violence (obstruction) and not having a valid driver's license.

July 11

• Joshua B. Logan, 35, of the 500 block of Howell St., was charged with felony violation of parole for smuggling contraband into a prison. He is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.
• Eric Lee Pendley, 19, of the 600 block of Beltrees St., was charged with misdemeanor simple battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Tracy Deontae Williams, 25, of the 600 block of Lyndhurst St., was charged with misdemeanor loitering and prowling. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Zachary David Esposito, 20, of the 800 block of Beltrees St., was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear for not having a valid driver's license.

July 12

• James Michael Masters, 42, of the 500 block of Pinewood Dr., was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked. He was released on bond.  
• Luis Guilherme Santosfilho, 25, of the 2000 block of McMullen Ave., was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
