Jail Bookings of Dunedin Residents: June 22 to 28

The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between June 22 and 28, 2013.  

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. They reflect arrests by Pinellas County Sheriff's Office only, not municipal jurisdictions.

June 22

• Mark Constantine Kelly, 22, of the 1100 block of Milwaukee Ave, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Allen Jay Cooper, 35, of the 1800 block of Overcash Dr, was charged with failure to appear for obtaining property in return for a worthless check, a misdemeanor.
• Brian Robert Bielenin, 50, of the 900 Virginia St, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and refusing to submit to testing. He was released on his own recognizance.

June 23

• Robyn Anne Scott, 22, of the 700 block of Michigan Blvd, was charged with felony possession of Ecstasy and misdemeanor charges of petty theft and a traffic infraction. 

June 24

• Terri Lynn Otis, 33, of 1000 block of Bass Blvd, was charged with failure to appear on charges in Clark County, GA, a felony.
• Crystal Deihs Ford, 37, of 1400 Duncan Loop S, was charged with failure to appear supp prg $1350, a misdemeanor
• Nicholas Manuel Arroyo, 18, of the 2200 block of Curlew Ave, was charged with the following felonies: dealing in stolen property, grand theft of something valued between $300 and $5,000, false verification of ownership, and violation of probation for grand theft.

June 25

• Theodore Everett Braden, 24, of the 400 block of Roanoake St., was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

June 26

• Daniel Wayne Barnes, 27, of the 200 block of Glennes Ln., was charged with felony failure to appear for possession of alprazolam and misdemeanor failure to appear for possession of marijuana. He is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.
• Terrell Wayne Davis, 25, of the 1100 block of Bass Blvd., was charged with felony violation of probation for obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud and misdemeanor failure to appear for not having a motor vehicle registration.
• Ann Marie Golden (Peters), 42, of the 2200 block of Curlew Ave., was charged with the following felonies: scheme to defraud and grand theft, and misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked.
• Susan Jenks Hammer, 43, of the 800 block of Main St., was charged with misdemeanor retail theft and also with misdemeanor failure to pay based on a warrant from St. Johns County.

June 27

• Myquil Leray Polhill, 31, of the 600 block of Wood St., was charged with felony driving while a license is suspended or revoked because it is a second offense. He was released on bond.

June 28

• Gary Alexander Lepak, 58, of the 600 block of Pinewood Dr., was sentenced on charges of felony burglary of an unoccupied conveyance.
• Jacqueline Ortiz, 36, of the 1200 block of Dinnerbell Ln., was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and felonies: possession of dilaudid and violation of probation for selling oxycodone.
