Jail Bookings of Dunedin Residents: June 29 to July 5

The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between June 29 and July 5, 2013.  

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. They reflect arrests by Pinellas County Sheriff's Office only, not municipal jurisdictions.

June 29

• Kim Lynn Shannon, 38, of the 700 block of Wood St., was charged with felony child abuse. She was released on bond.

June 30

• Kevin E. McCarthy, 41, of the 300 block of Causeway Blvd., was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance. 

July 1

• Marquis Leshay Cheeks, 21, of 600 block of Howell St., was charged with three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear for driving while a license is suspended or revoked. 

July 2

• Mark Allen Brewer, 36, of the 400 block of N. Paula Dr., was charged with felony holding a material witness.
• Nicholas John Araujo, 19, of the 1200 block of Falcon Dr., was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was released on bond.
• Malik Dean Stevens, 18, of the 800 block of Main St., was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

July 3

• Justin Timothy Wilson, 25, of the 1600 block of Hamilton Ct., was charged with felony violation of probation for Interstate robbery using a deadly weapon and misdemeanor failure to appear for a pre-trial DUI case. He is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.
• Shamya Elaine Coachman, 22, of the 400 block of 2nd Ave., was charged with misdemeanor retail theft. She was released on bond.

July 4

• Mark Constantine Kelly, 22, of the 1100 block of Milwaukee Ave., was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana of under 20 grams. He was released.
• Tyna Jane Saxman, 54, of the 2200 block of Gulf View Blvd., was charged with misdemeanor DUI.
• Nicholas Gregory Spach, 23, of the 400 block of San Salvador Dr., was charged with felony possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.

July 5

• Donna Marie Brady, 52, of the 400 block of N. Paula Dr., was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance.  
• David S. Hawkins, 25, of the 1600 block of Amberlea Dr. S., was charged with felony violation of probation for grand theft and violation of probation for grand theft in Hillsborough County. He is in custody and awaiting trail at Pinellas County Jail.
• Antonio Terrance Hayes, 23, of the 1100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.
• Tyler James McDuffy, 19, of the 1100 block of Bass Blvd., was charged with felony violation of probation for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He is in custody and awaiting trial.
