The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Thursday, Nov. 8 and Wednesday Nov. 14, 2012. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

An arrest does not mean the person was convicted of a crime.

Thursday, Nov. 8

Bryan McMinn, 38, of the 1500 block of Douglas Avenue, was arrested on the felony charge of resisting arrest without violence. He was release for time served.

David John Reed, 28, of Primrose Lane, was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated battery on a pregnant female. He bonded out for $5,000 on Nov. 10.

Friday, Nov. 9

Marissa Anne Ballard, 35, of Ventura Drive, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of failure to appear for selling alcohol to someone under 21. Ballard was released on a $1,000 cash bond on Nov. 9.

Crystal Andree Bruni, 18, of Cardinal Drive, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. Bruni was released on her own recognizance.

Charles Devon Bullock, 19, of Lyndhurst Street, was arrested on a felony charge of fleeing/eluding lights and siren. Bullock was released on a $5,000 surety bond on Nov. 10.

Tracy Deontae Williams, 24, of Lyndhurst Street, was sentenced on the felony charge of grand theft. He is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.

 

Saturday, Nov. 10

Jorge Antonio Chavez, 45, of Crosley Drive, was arrested on the felony charge of obtaining property in exchange for a worthless check. He bonded out on $2,000 cash bond.

David John Reed, 28, of Primrose Lane, was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated battery on a pregnant female, and a misdemeanor charge of violation of a protection against domestic violence injunction. Reed is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.

Marshawn L. Sharp, 18, of New York Avenue, was arrested on a felony charges of armed burglary and burglary. He is also being held on a juvenile charge faced by another juristiction. Sharp is in custody, awaiting trial, at Pinellas County Jail.

 

Sunday, Nov. 11

Cameron Richard Bosley, 25, of County Road 1, was arrested on the felony charge of DUI manslaughter. He was released on a $10,000 surety bond on Nov. 12. (Read more.)


Monday, Nov. 12 

Albert Bradford Hauk, 21, of Stacy Court, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication causing a disturbance. Hauk bonded out on $100. 

Arthur Gary Johnson, 36, of Orange Avenue, was arrested by Largo Police on two felony charges of possession of oxycodone, two felony charges of sale of oxycodone, and two misdemeanor charges of failure to appear for obtaining property in return for a worthless check. Johnson is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on a cumulative $21,000 bond.

Anna S. Theodorou, 39, of Milwaukee Avenue, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of possession of open alcohol. Theodorou was released on Nov. 13.

 

Wednesday, Nov. 14 

Raymond Edwin Dittmar, 52, of Bayshore Boulevard, was arrested by Tarpon Springs Police on the felony charge of DUI, his third offense, and the misdemeanor charge of refusal to submit to a roadside test. Dittmar is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $5,250 bond as of Nov. 17.

David Shawn Hawkins, 24, of Amberlea Drive S, was arrested on the felony charge of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and the misdemeanor charge of unlawful tattooing of a minor. He is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $10,000 bond for the felony burglary charge and sentenced on the misdemeanor tattooing charge as of Nov. 16.

Mary Jane McDermott, 50, of Diogenes St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of possession of drugs without a prescription. She was released Nov. 14 at 1:55 p.m.

Francis John Markman, 30, of Fresh Drive, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of failure to appear for driving while license is suspended or revoked, and the felony charge of failure to appear for possession of cocaine. He is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $28,013 bond.

Carissa Jane Parks, 30, of Richter Street, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of retail theft. She bonded out on $1,000.

Frederick Steven Towle, 20, of Wildwood Court, was arrested on charges including burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, dealing in stolen property and grand theft, all felonies. He is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail and being held on $10,000 bond, as of Nov. 16.
