Jail Bookings of Dunedin Residents: Nov. 29 to Dec. 5

The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Thursday, Nov. 29 and Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

An arrest does not mean the person was convicted of a crime. 

This report does not encompass all arrests within city limits; it reflects charges brought against people arrested with a Dunedin address. 

Thursday, Nov. 29

Angel Hiers Gagne, 60, of 538 Patricia Ave, was arrested on the felony charge of battery. Gagne was released on a $1,000 surety bond on Nov. 30.

Shannon Patrice Howe, 29, of 47 Arnoni Drive, was arrested on the felony charge of vehicle title fraud. Howe was released on a $500 surety bond on Nov. 30.

Christine Marie Param, 59, of 417 Marjon Ave, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charges of DUI involving property damage and leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage. Param was released on $750 cash bond on Nov. 30.

Friday, Nov. 30

Stanley M. Lawson, 38, of 611 Roanoke St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of violation of a domestic violence injunction. Lawson was released on a $1,000 surety bond on Dec. 1.

Michael Clayton McLain, 30, of 2249 Lake Drive, was arrested on the felony charge of grand theft. He is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.

Maria Esmeralda Ortizlopez, 38, of 1220 Robin Hood Lane, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of not having a valid driver's license. Ortizlopez was released on $250 cash bond on Nov. 30.

Andrew Rutkai, 80, of 3301 Bayshore Boulevard, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Rutkai was released on his own recognizance on Dec. 1.

Saturday, Dec. 1

Michael Thomas Darling, 28, of 1156 Orange Ave, was arrested on the felony charge of domestic-related aggravated battery. Darling was released on $2,000 surety bond on Dec. 1.

Donaleen Jonathan, 33, of 609 Dogwood Court, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of driving while license is suspended or revoked. Jonathan was released on her own recognizance on Dec. 1.

Lisa Ann Perry, 45, of 558 Patricia Ave, was arrested on the felony charges of uttering forged bills, possession of a controlled substance and theft of personal property by an employee; and the misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphernalia. Perry is in custody awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on bond. (Read more.)

Tony Marion Sonnier, 38, of 1827 Douglas Ave, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Sonnier was released on $250 cash bond on Dec. 1.

Sunday, Dec. 2

Ryan James Packer, 18, of 1275 Belcher Road, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of simple battery. Packer was released on a $500 surety bond on Dec. 2.

Monday, Dec. 3

Dianne Renee Baillie, 42, of 10 Lexington Drive, was arrested on the felony charge of grand theft. Baillie is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.

Christopher Michael Bauer, 24, Dunedin transient, was arrested on the felony charges of obstruction by a disguised person and battery on a law enforcement officer. Bauer is awaiting trial in custody at Pinellas County Jail on bond. 

Nathan Christopher Williams, 20, of 1597 Amberlea Drive N, was arrested on the felony charges of grand theft and dealing in stolen property. Williams is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on bond. (Read more.)

Tuesday, Dec. 4

Marianne Clover Babbit, 51, of 250 President St, was arrested on the felony charge of burglary of an unoccupied structure. She was released on her own recognizance on Dec. 5.

Jennifer Lynn Woodman, 23, of 2285 Richter St, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance on Dec. 4. 

Wednesday, Dec. 5

Ronald Peter Grecco, 60, of 614 Douglas Avenue, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of simple battery. He was released on $500 cash bond on Dec. 5.

Vincent Anthony Messiner, 69, of 1434 Patricia Avenue, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge of retail theft. He was released on $150 cash bond on Dec. 5.

Anna S. Theodorou, 39, of 727 Milwaukee Avenue, was arrested by Clearwater Police on the misdemeanor charge of open alcohol container. Theodorou was released Dec. 6.
